I took the new free 120 and got a 58% 10 days ago, and I took the old free 120 offline today and got 72.5%. Wanted to see if other people had similar experiences. Every time they have ever retired old practice materials and released new ones, the new stuff has been markedly more difficult. Unfortunately this accurately reflects the exam.

No, 70% is a decently safe pass, 60% is cutting it close. Besides doing as many UWorld questions as possible I also recommend first aid. If your issue is content gaps, first aid and anking are great.
