Personally I would ask for a second opinion. Not finding the heartbeat on Doppler is normal at 11 weeks but that ultrasound doesn't look right. This is mine at 11 weeks 6 days to compare. I would also ask for a second opinion to get a better idea of what's your on. That looks more like an 8 week ultrasound.
