Seats were amazing. You're just out from under the over hang of the balcony. Close enough to see everything going on. I sat in a few seats around to scope out the landscape and the seas on the further section (I think orchestra left) had a great view too besides closest to the wall! Hamilton. Great view of stage - you can literally see everything going on. Only downside is the distance from stage so not all facial expressions are clear. Sound quality also minimally obstructed but no biggie when compared to view. Dress Circle.
