Mesquite Grill seems to be one of the only Mexican restaurants in Blue Ridge and it's a pretty standard Mexican restaurant. The place could use a little upkeep but plenty of parking outside and the service was really great. I ordered a chicken quesadilla with grilled veggies. The portion size was small but for a light lunch it was perfect.
Never had a bad experience - service is quick, chicken Chimichanga plate outstanding - average Mexican decor but I come for the food. This is part of a family owned chain, there's one in all the surrounding cities which are just a good as Blue Ridge.
