Long term you should 100% corrupt it, but if you use it now it won’t cost you many more shards. If you corrupt a bow without using it beforehand, it will cost you 1900 shards. For every 100 charges you use before corrupting it, it will cost you 1 extra shard. So use up the 10k charges it starts with and it will cost you 2k to corrupt instead ...
