I used the Stream one as the provider. I think at this point it's just something messed up with my account and will take it up w/ help desk. As an additional note, my account is with AT&T and the accounts are linked there. I've verified that multiple times and if I try to edit my profile on directv.com I'm taken back to AT&T.I have a Stream account. I have the same issue, but only on the app on a Firestick.
