Aug 17, 2011 · Hello drivers, Okay im having a blower issue. My truck is a 2004 freightliner century with a cat C15. The blower quit on me and i replaced it and still wont turn on. I tested the power wire going to the blower with a meter and it's getting voltage. Also tested the connection on the fan speed selector and that's getting power as well.
