In the process of doing so, I realized that the slow white pulsing is continuous, and resetting the satellite (by holding in the reset button for 10+ seconds has no effect on the satellite (even though the power light changes from green to blinking orange). Turn off WiFi on the affected devices and reconnect. "Forget" WiFi settings on the devices and reconnect. Made sure access control and parental controls are still disabled. Tried connecting to the guest network instead - same result. Get devices to connect to main router instead of satellite, or vice versa.

The RBR50 is already set to AP mode, and the satellites are in wireless backhaul currently. There is one satellite that is too far to use the 5ghz backhaul channel.
