Oanda wins for small accounts as they will let you place a trade of 1 unit. Most places pepperstone included you are trading min 1k units. So if starting with really small account then oanda will let you choose your timeframe and trade at a decent size and not force short term.

I like OANDA, though I’m only still “practice” trading. For a while I used Forex.com - but I prefer using Tradingview (I hate MT4 sorry not sorry), and Forex.com wouldn’t supply volume information to TV. Oanda does. Also, Forex.com seems to have more restrictive limits than OANDA does.
