To acquire The Spire of the Watcher Armor you need to complete the dungeon on any difficulty. It may take you a few runs to collect all the pieces and cosmetics.
It takes quite a bit of practice and build-crafting, but you could definitely do it if you set your mind to it! If Spire seems too daunting, you could try solo-ing some of the earlier dungeons, like Pit of Heresy or Shattered Throne. That way you can get used to how to run mechanics/add clear/boss DPS by yourself without it feeling too …
