Adding primed point strike would push weapons to 100% crit chance without a riven, and DE wants people to spend money on rivens. The 100% crit chance barrier is a massive per shot breakpoint that DE wont make more accessible to the average player on purpose. Name 10 that does this with only Point Strike and nothing else.
