Following up on this u/Narrow-Sale7061. I added the savings card as a secondary method of insurance and it accepted it. Didn't do much to the price considering I still need to meet my $3k deductible but it went through fine. The savings card didn't do anything to bring the price down and Amazon still says the cost will be $1,354 with insurance.
On the Wegovy website there is a savings tab where you can get an “introduction coupon” to pay only $25 per month for 6 months. My actual cost for the prescription, after the introduction coupon ends and insurance coverage is applied, will be $100 per month out of pocket . Check your cost and coverage.
